25th Anniversary Celebration of the founding of the Sag Harbor Historical Society. 2 to 4 p.m. under a tent on the lawn of The Custom House, Main Street Sag Harbor. Reenactment of 1777 Meigs Raid in Sag Harbor by the 6th Connecticut Regiment. History walk begins at Long Beach 1 p.m. and proceeds into the village for ceremonial volleys at the former British sentry outpost on Noyac Road, the British office barracks (now The American Hotel), Long Wharf and the Old Burying Ground which was the site of the British fort. Events also at the Whaling Museum, 200 Main Street.

“Insider’s View of Southampton Homes” a benefit house tour for the Southampton Historical Museum and Research Center. 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. home tour followed by a 5 p.m. champagne reception and private exhibition preview at the Roger’s Mansion, 17 Meeting House Lane, Southampton. $75/$90. 283-2494.
